Sierra, a mother of four was in the middle of a divorce when she was faced with her first unplanned pregnancy. Fear and desperation quickly gripped her. She had never understood how a woman could have an abortion, until there she was. Convincing herself her only option was to have an abortion, she found herself inside of a planned parenthood, taking the first abortion pill.

Immediately regretting her decision, she begged God to spare her child. That’s when she saw a sign outside of the clinic that read “If you took the first pill, it’s not too late! We can help.” With the help of APR, Heartbeat International, & PDHC she was able to save her baby’s life. Giving all the glory to God, knowing “He didn’t have to let me keep her.” She gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl in October of 2023.

Since then, she is passionately sharing her story with anyone that will listen. Knowing how important it is that every woman hears about APR and that they do not have to do this alone. With the same compassion and grace, she was given, she is bringing darkness to light each time she shares.

Today she believes she is in a unique position to share her testimony, as it bridges the gap between pro-life and pro-choice.
