Lauren Muzyka is the founder, President & CEO of Sidewalk Advocates for Life (SAFL), the nation’s largest sidewalk outreach program.

Lauren is a licensed attorney whose passion for defending the sanctity of human life led her into the pro-life movement. She has over 20 years of sidewalk-outreach experience, including participating in the very first 40 Days for Life campaign and later serving as 40 Days for Life’s campaign strategist, advising their 300+ campaigns in North America. Inspired by the transformative power of prayer and peaceful outreach on the sidewalk, Lauren founded Sidewalk Advocates for Life in 2014.

Before her full-time ministry work, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Texas A&M University, as well as an Advanced Certificate in International Affairs. She is a 2009 cum laude graduate of Ave Maria School of Law, and she has interned with organizations such as Alliance Defending Freedom, Americans United for Life, Liberty Institute, Texas Alliance for Life, and the Collin County District Attorney’s Office. Lauren has presented at multiple national conferences and been interviewed on various national and international media outlets.

In 2022, Lauren was named the Pro-Life Woman of the Year at the annual Pro-Life Women’s Conference, and in 2020, she received the inaugural Ave Maria School of Law Alumni Association Distinguished Alumni Award.

One of Lauren’s greatest joys is bringing God’s people together across denominational lines in the mission to save lives, transform culture, and end abortion.

Pro-Life Movement and Outreach – Lauren shares her journey from prayer volunteer and peaceful Sidewalk Advocate outside the Planned Parenthood formerly managed by Abby Johnson, to founding the nation’s largest pro-life sidewalk outreach organization. She will provide insights into where the pro-life movement is headed and how, together, we can transform a post-Roe America into an abortion-free America.

Creating a Culture of Life – As an attorney, social media voice to thousands, and a national pro-life leader, Lauren shares her unique perspective on how culture, politics, and religion intersect to form our views on the sanctity of life, inspiring others to become ambassadors for life whether in their home, at their church, in their school, or out in their community.

Legal Landscape of Abortion – The abortion landscape is changing rapidly all across the country after the fall of Roe.
