Over the last 25+ years, Jeffrey has partnered with over 400 pregnancy resource centers as their keynote speaker and fundraiser, while often representing the PRC at their local public/private schools and city-wide evangelistic events prior to or following the fundraising event.

In addition to serving the individual pregnancy resource centers across America, Jeffrey has served as a national voice for both Heartbeat International and Care Net, delivering culturally relevant messages to those attending their national conferences. Over the last few years, Jeffrey has preached at the morning devotional services at the National Care Net Conference.
