Having Heather at our event was a huge "win" for us. She delivered a compelling message that was thought provoking and convinced many to join the fight for life. We raised 83k, which was 30k more than last time. Heather was the first outside speaker we have used in many years and we will definitely continue to seek out great speakers. Heather Lawless is a throwback to the early advocates in the pregnancy care center movement. Heather honors the past by pioneering innovation in her holistic approach to serving women at Reliance. Nowhere do we honor the past more than by progress. I was struck by her passion the first time we met, and it has been a privilege to count her as a fellow advocate in this most noble cause. In a panic after my keynote had to back out, I got a message to Heather and she immediately helped calm my nerves. She didn't try to talk me into booking her, instead listened to what I wanted and assured me that God would provide the right speaker. After hearing my vision, Heather encouraged me and proceeded to tell me how she could speak the word that I needed/desired for my conference. Within minutes we had it all worked out. Heather continued to stay in touch with me, pray for me and even helped promote the event. The conference was for single moms…Heather spoke a very timely message that was raw but covered in redemption and grace of God. She gave hope and inspired everyone there.
