This man knows his stuff', 'He was the best speaker you've ever had', 'I've learned so much here tonight'. Those are just a few of the compliments I heard about our speaker as guests left our spring fundraising banquet. And Praise the Lord, we raised 215% of our banquet goal! If you are looking for a speaker for your event in your future plans, I would highly recommend Bob Reccord. Bob's message is so powerful and his testimony so moving! Miami Valley Women’s Center was thrilled to have Dr. Bob Reccord as the keynote speaker at our recent Gala. Dr. Reccord was wonderful to work with as we made plans for the Gala. He obviously cared about our ministry and what we needed. His presentation was wonderful, he is well-informed, passionate, and understands how to communicate well with a large audience and delivers an on-point message. We received many positive comments from our guests with many saying this was the best Gala ever which was evident from our donations. To date we have received $63,000 OVER our “stretch” faith goal! Having known Robert E (Bob) Reccord as my pastor, effective servant leader of several major organizations, and personal friend for over 3 decades, I’ve personally experienced and witnessed Bob’s genuine heart for and impact in ministry. For the last 20-plus years, we’ve shared a similar call and passion: that of partnering with Pregnancy Centers to champion preborn children by helping centers raise the needed funds to get the work done. If you are planning a prolife event, I encourage you to consider Dr. Bob Reccord as your speaker. Dr. Reccord’s guidance, experience, communication skills, love for the family of God, intentional and fervent prayers, but most of all his heart for our Lord is invaluable. Our Celebrate Life event was scheduled for March 12th 2020, the beginning of the national Covid-19 Pandemic. So much was unknown, so many last minute challenges within our ministry, and Dr. Reccord was a calming component. His calls and prayers gave us the strength we needed. It is so exciting to watch the Lord work when you move forward in obedience trusting Him. Dr. Reccord was called to us, 'for such at time as this.' The message he brought to those who came to our Celebrate Life Event was relevant, educational, moving. The atmosphere he helped create allowed space for the Holy Spirit to move, giving the attendees’ time to absorb the truth, hear the Holy Spirit, and be obedient to what the Lord called them to do. Our attendance was down due to the national pandemic, but we still had approximately 310 come. As far as the monetary investment pledged/received, our total was $102,847 and 99.9% of those gifts have been received! That has never happened and is not the norm, especially during Covid lockdown which came was four days after our event. Amazing!

What an incredible evening we had last month at our Annual Fundraising Banquet! It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Robert Reccord. Those who were in attendance that evening are still talking about his presentation (over a month later). It made that much of an impact! While we made many changes this year because of COVID-19, the center raised over $148,000 which is a $5,000 increase from our previous year!

Bob Reccord was the keynote speaker at our recent fundraising banquet, and I can honestly say that he is one of the most gifted and dynamic prolife speakers I have ever heard. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the prolife arena and his presentation style is unique and motivating. His passion for “protecting ALL life” is apparent and he delivered his message with power and gentle grace. Sharing his own personal story was the highlight of the evening and our donors are still talking about how God used “less than ideal circumstances” to transform his life into a beautiful picture of redemption and grace. Bob’s communication with me before, during and after the event was refreshing and much appreciated. He also did an exceptional job with the “appeal” by challenging our donors to give out of faith, not comfort or convenience. We raised the largest financial support in the history of our ministry and I highly recommend Bob for any pregnancy center looking for an energetic and effective speaker.

Of all the work we put into such an event, this year the comments afterward ALL had to do with how much they appreciated Bob’s information and his testimony. He is welcome back in Kerrville anytime!

Dr. Reccord was one of the best banquet speakers we have ever experienced. The response to his presentation was overwhelming. His powerful, impactful prolife message delivered in a context of gentle grace was fortified by his touching and potent personal account of being adopted. Attendees from all walks of life verbalized how much they learned from Dr. Reccord’s unique perspective on how abortion impacts us all. In addition, we had the highest amount of gifts we have ever had for a banquet due to his impact.

Dr. Reccord's message was both moving and inspiring. I was able to watch and listen to the reaction of the audience. Gasps could be heard when he quoted statistics on abortion and especially when he told his personal adoption story. Many burst into tears when he revealed that he was the little boy in the story. We are delighted to recommend Dr. Reccord! Several banquet guests commented afterwards that his message was one they needed to hear. One of our client birth moms was also there. I invited her to sit at the head table with Dr. Reccord. Before meeting and hearing him, she could only see a baby that she missed terribly. Now she sees what God can do with a life and is filled hope for the future for her baby and adoptive parents.
