King, PhD, describes herself as an “independent contractor for God.” A respected faith leader, author, media personality, and advocate for life and the American family, Dr. King has spent decades carrying forward a remarkable legacy of faith, freedom, and human dignity.

The niece of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and daughter of civil rights activist Rev. A.D. King, Alveda is a guardian of the King family legacy while bringing her own distinctive voice to today’s most important cultural conversations. She serves as Chair of the America First Policy Institute’s Center for the American Dream and as a Senior Advisor to the USDA Faith Center. She is the founder of Alveda King Ministries, co-founder of She Leads Georgia and Speak for Life, and a graduate of Aidan University.

Dr. King is an acclaimed author, television host, Fox News contributor, and co-producer of The Vision TV Show. Her diverse career has also included two terms in the Georgia State House of Representatives, service as a presidential appointee, and leadership roles with Priests for Life and Coral Ridge Ministries. She is the founder of King Legacy Farms and a recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
